We specialize in wedding and event floral design & decor. Our process is simple and designed to make your experience effortless so you can focus on what matters most - planning for a great event.
We wholeheartedly believe florals are the finishing touch for every event. This level of service is for those who have a clear vision of their day and are looking for flowers to enhance their design.
We’ll look over your color pallette, other design elements (linen, chairs, venue) and suggest creative ways to incorporate flowers.
This level of service is much more involved. We work alongside you and your planner, if one has been hired, to completely conceptualize your event. We will help you decide on a color palette, choose linen and other decor. Draping, lighting, florals and other design elements are incorporated to elevate your event design.
We’re fortunate to work with many creatives throughout the tri-state area and will refer vendors that complement the atmosphere of your event.
We offer many rentals to our clients - vases, votives, lanterns, mirrors, candelabras. Tell us your ideas! If we don’t have that speciality item you are looking for, we are happy to source it. Or create it!

After your consultation you’ll receive a custom proposal for your event via email. The proposal will show you your total investment and other helpful tips and suggestions relevant to your design.

We know that signing a contract is a big decision so we never pressure our clients. Your proposal is valid for 7 business days. As a courtesy, we always reach out if we get another inquiry for your day.
Once you’re ready, you can follow the link in your proposal to sign the contract and pay the retainer.

Approximately 45 days prior to your event date we’ll reach out to schedule your final meeting. At the final meeting we’ll lock in all the details and make changes as necessary. Your final payment is due at the final meeting.

Do you have a minimum?
We do not have a hard minimum - meaning we will not turn away a wedding based solely on budget. However, with the cost of flowers, average wedding size, and other factors, most clients end up investing at least $6,000 or more with Earth Blossoms.
I don’t need design services. Can I hire you for florals only?
Absolutely! Florals are the heart of our business. We are honored each time we’re considered for your special day - at any capacity.
Do you offer rentals?
Yes, we have many rentals that we are happy to offer for our clients. We have an extensive inventory of vases, candelabras, arbors, chuppahs and other specialty decor items. If you have your mind set on something, just ask! We are happy to source items for your special day.
Can I have a quote via email?
We prefer meeting our clients prior to providing a quote. Our business is deeply rooted in exceptional client experience. We like to take our time getting to know as much as possible about you and your ideal design. This can only be accomplished by meeting. We do offer the option to "meet" via telephone for clients planning their wedding from afar.
Do you offer packages?
We don’t offer any packages. All of our proposals are customized to your event.
How do I know my investment is secure with you?
Earth Blossoms has been a trusted member of the wedding community for over 30 years. We are happy to provide liability insurance, upon request. We also have many reviews on Weddingwire and The Knot.
Do you offer payment plans and do you accept credit cards?
You are welcome to make payments in increments if that works best for you. We require a 35% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event.
